OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender

I seem to have tremedous success when it comes to polishes I just pick up on a whim, for instance I fell in love with OPI What’s With The Cattitude when I got it, and OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender is also something I added to my order as an afterthought.

Lucky Lucky Lavender is from last year’s OPI Hong Kong collection, and it’s a beautiful creme polish that’s a perfect middle ground between pink and purple. I was afraid that it would be a dupe to something I already own, but luckily it isn’t. Admittedly, it’s not the most exiting or unique polish in the world, but I have a weakness for calming, smooth pastel cremes like this.

The formula is of well known OPI quality, and it’s smooth and opaque in three coats. I found it best to first apply two thin coats, then wait a couple of minutes before I added a third, slightly thicker coat, to make it set a little bit and prevent streaks.

Thanks for reading, my sweeties!
Love, S.

  1. So pretty! nice color for the spring :)

  2. This is a gorgeous purple and it looks great with your skin tone!

  3. Very nice color. Keep up those ‘whim’ purchases. :)

  4. IMO, OPI cremes are the most like butter during application. LOVE their cremes and I generally don’t like many cremes to own them.
